Epidemiology, aetiology and pathophysiology of membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN).

A

Epidemiology:
- In 20s and 60s

Pathophysiology:
IgG and C3 deposition in basement membrane

Causes:
- Idiopathic
- Secondary - NSAIDs, malignancy, rheumatoid

Is the most common primary cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults (diabetes is most common secondary cause)
