how can cancer present
A
- superficial lump/mass which can be small and innocuous or large and obvious
- lesion may look ulcerated or inflammatory
- non-specific clinical signs as a direct physical effect of hidden internal tumour
- vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, weight loss/wasting, destruction of tissue, obstruction/malabsorption
- other medical signs as an indirect effect of tumour (hematological abnormalities)
