Q

Carcinoma in situ ( intraepithelial neoplasia ) ?

A

When the cytological features of malignancy are present but the malignant cell are confined to epithelium without invasion across the basement membrane

16
Q

Bowen’ disease?

A

Bowen’s disease is a very early form of
skin cancer that’s easily treatable. The
main sign is a red, scaly patch on the
skin. It affects the squamous cells, which
are in the outermost layer of skin, and is
sometimes referred to as squamous cell
carcinoma in situ.

17
Q

Paget’s disease of skin?

A

Extra-mammaryPaget’s disease(EMPD) is a rare, slow-growingdiseasethat is a pre-invasive form ofskincancer. It looks similar to a patch of eczema and usually affectsskinin the genital area and around the anus. It is commonest in people aged over 50, with studies showing it peaks at around age 65

18
Q

Erythroplasia of queyrat?

A

Erythroplasia of Queyrat (EQ) (bower disease of the glans penis ) is an in situ squamous cell carcinoma of the penis.[1]The glans and prepuce are most commonly involved.[2]Erythroplasia of Queyrat is seen almost exclusively in uncircumcised men. Progression to invasive carcinoma may occur, and spontaneous regression is unlike

19
Q

Actinic or solar keratoses ?

A

Actinic keratoses(also calledsolar keratoses) are dry scaly patches of skin that have been damaged by the sun. The patches are not usually serious. But there’s a small chance they could become skin cancer, so it’s important to avoid further damage to your skin
