What I saw you do well was keep us grounded in the Word of God, keeping our focus on Christ throughout the group. I see in you a real passion for discipleship and a heart for the local church. What I hope you remember moving forward is that you are a strong spiritual leader, you hear a variety of people’s feedback and make wise decisions.

I really appreciated being in this group with you, because it gave me an opportunity to get to know you better. I enjoyed hearing your ideas and opinions. I think you did a great job as a leader. You were always great at making sure we didn’t get too off topic, or waste too much time. However, you also allowed space for our discussions.

You provided great collaboration skills in waiting for all members to answer before you put your comments as the leader, which is a great quality. Also, you care about the person behind the conversation, as people matter to you. Keep on with the Pastor’s heart as God is going to use you in this role beyond what you can see.
