What is the ‘broken windows’ theory ?
If a window is left vandalised / smashed, the building appears uncared for and can attract more vandalism etc
What is a signal crime.
For example if a car is left abandoned and burnt out, it gives the impression that other crimes are active in the area ie drug dealing etc
CCTV, NHW, Uniformed Officer are all examples of what deterrent ?

What is a defensible space ?
An area that appears cared for and importantly appears to be ‘owned’ by someone
