What does the M head do?
It creates a pathway from the top of the skin to the Epidermis so low molecule weight serums can penetrate further. The M head needling does not break the skin nor make you bleed.
How long is the down time for a M head and S head needling treatment?
There is no down time, how ever the client should always leave with a sunscreen on.
What are some contraindications for M head and S head needling?
- Warts, cold sores
- open wounds
- Psooraisis, Eczema, skin infections
- Active acne
- Brith marks can not be treated effectively
- 1 week minimum post cosmetic injections
What skin conditions would you use the M head to treat?
- Lines, wrinkles, premature ageing
- weak connective tissue
- scare tissue
- Hyperpigmenation, sun damage, uneven skin tone
- Dehydrated skin
What stage of a facial would you use the M head?
After an exfoliation or Polly abrasion. Always apply a appropriate serum before using the M head.
What does the S head do?
The S head facilitates a localised and specific treatment for wrinkles and scars.
What skin conditions would you use the S head to treat?
Fine line and wrinkles.
What stage of a facial would you use the S head?
Incorporate the S head into your facial treatment after using the M head.
What serum should you apply to the effected areas before using the S head?
The S head promotes collagen to wrinkles, so dip the S head into a lifting/anti age serum before using it on the effected area.
How many passes should you do of the M head and the S head?
Always judge the skins reaction. Usually 2 passes for the M head, and 2-3 Passes for the S head.
