P2 -1815 - 1832 - Most Significant = During this specific period.

P3 - 1833- 1878 - Not Most signficant as new bases became more important.

Argument - The Acq. of Mal/Cey/Cap was only the most significant during 1815-1832, disagree w question overall.

P2 - 1816 - Key interest = Expansion / Protecting free trade. Algiers largely significant - singapore was more.

P3 - 1843 - 1914 - Key Interest = Free Trade / Geopolitics. Algiers became less significant - did not represent all interests.
