What is a template LVN?
The collections of topics and sections that actually constitute a navigator. In access workflows, templates are assigned based on the workflow (HFL) they appear in.
What are topics?
Topics are used to group sections, and therefore tasks together. For example, you can create an admission info topic that might include sections use for entering a patient’s admission, details, destination, and care team.
What are sections?
Sections are the basic building blocks of navigators. These records are the parts of the navigator in which users review or enter data. Each navigator section corresponds to a certain task. I use her, needs to complete during a workFlow
What are configurations
Configurations are used to customize sections. For example, you might want to hide certain fields in a section or change the order in which the field appears.
Steps to customize navigators
1 research, existing navigator, and configure records to edit or copy
2 if creating new records, link them appropriately, e.g. topics linked to the template
3 identify the correct, INI & item number for the item you want to add
4 edit the correct parameter within the configuration record
5 test your registration workflow to see the changes
