Stay to the right-hand side in case an oncoming car crosses the center line

Note: do not pass near the top of the hill on a two way lane highway because you cannot see what is ahead of you.

A

1.check the traffic flow on the highway
2. Choose your gap in the traffic and begin adjusting your speed
3. Use your turn signal before or when you are in the acceleration lane
4.accelerate to the speed of traffic on the main road
5. Keep shoulder checking to view the gap in traffic
6.when it is safe enter the gap after passing the solid line on the acceleration lane
7.turn off turn signal
