1) Leads

If Lead ->> Not Intrested ->> Put it as "Lost Lead" or "Junk Lead"
If Lead ->> Show Interest - >> Convert to contact ->>

2) Contacts
“Tags” - used to filter the contacts
If you want to see only all the Customers contact then
Tag-> is-> Customer

So if there will be any contact with customer tag then it will be shown

3) Activity
Task related to different contact will be found here
- if a task has been completed then you can mark that task as completed

4) Quotes
- Quotes are legal agreements between a customer and a vendor to deliver the requested product(s) at the agreed upon price within the specified time period.

5) Purchase order -
- Purchase Orders are legal documents for placing orders to secure products and services from vendors.

6) Sales order
- Sales Orders are documents that confirm the sales generated after the customer sends a purchase order. They are based on your quotes.

7) Feed
If some other team member add a note to any contact then it will be shown in feeds

8) Campaign
- Campaigns are marketing efforts planned, executed, and monitored from within your CRM.

9) Vendors
- Your Service & Product suppliers

10) Price Book
You can create different price book for different type of customes. Eg. if there is a frequent buyer then you can provide some discount to them

11) Documents
You can store sale purchase documents here like invoice of any other documentation

12) Forecast
- Forecast your sales
- Set Sales Target
- Track Achievement
- Predict and Analyse

13) Visits
- Generate More Qualified Leads
