- Cardiovascular disease (ischemic heart disease and hypertension).
- Asthma/COPD.
- Elderly due to anticholinergic effect.
- Caution in pregnant women (risk/benefits).
Adult dosing for gravol (dimenhydrinate) is:
25 to 50 mg
12.5 mg in the frail elderly patient
