A

Keats was a romantic poet which was an era that dominated from the end of the 18th century to mid 19th century
He had a deep appreciation for power and beauty of nature
Recognition of influence of senses
Understanding of the deeper meaning of life
It reflects on mankind’s relationship with a particular time of year, wrote the poem inspired by a walk he took

It is written as an ode, 11 lines in each stanza different to what he normally has fixing the poem more interest and effect at the same time the poem has more affect on us and his audience at the time

A

The first four lines of each stanza has the rhyme scheme abab as well as in the first stanza he has CDEDCCE to echo back a rhyme earlier in each stanza, they also trace their own pattern through autumn

This is a rhetorical technique known as aprostophe used to directly address the season of autumn, most of Keats poetry is characterised by sensory imagery and the use of sibilants
