they moved to follow fish and game, hunting moose in the winter when the animals were slowed by snow, fishing in the spring and summer during spawning runs

An ulu is a knife used to cut, a kayak is a boat used for hunting
What is the difference between basketry and pottery?
Basketry is making containers of bark, vines or small branches. Pottery is making containers from clay usually baked to make it hard.
