undergraduate

submit resume and formally interview
dedicate 5 hours/week
Prospective Member Status and Requirements
invited to became a candidate but not yet formally initiated
chosen based on eligibility, at least three Recruitment events, 75% on interview
PM Process
based on the four pillars of loyalty, dedication, friendship, and support
Active Member Status and Requirements (9)
- attend GBM
- complete community service and fundraising activities
- attend events as specified by E-Board
- attend events as specifies by DoPs
- adhere to professional dress when indicated
- have the opportunity to hold an E-board or officership
- pay dues
- follow four pillars: support
- maintain Fraternal History and Secrets
Inactive Member
- academic hardship, study abroad, personal or family medical leave
- need to submit a letter of intent one month before first GBM of the semester
- 2 consecutive semesters off may lead to deactivation
Probationary Member
- points probation, academic probation, university probation, misconduct probation
- may be lifted at the end of the subsequent academic term
- can’t take a little, can’t wear letters
Deactivated Member
voluntary deactivation: submit a letter of intent two weeks before the GBM of which inactivation will occur
involuntary: does not meet requirements or disciplinary issues
Alumna Status
graduated and received a formal degree
Meetings
GBM weekly
E-Board weekly
PMM weekly
meeting minutes can be request at anytime
3/4 must be present to vote
Finances
Chapter Treasurer sets Chapter Dues
National VP of Finance sets National Dues
Chapter dues are paid to establish Chapter budget
