Impaired bed Mobility (pt. on bedrest, has trouble repositioning self in bed).

Impaired Transfer Ability (pt only allowed to transfer bed to chair, but needs assistance).

Impaired physical Mobility (pt. permitted to ambulate, but needs assistance - think “orthopedics”).

Activity Intolerance (pt. gets short of breath w/ mild activity- such as with heart failure or COPD pt’s)
