Lost his wife late last year. It was fairly sudden after discovering she had cancer. We have accommodated a work schedule that allows him to work as much as he’s able as he works through the grieving process. He’s doing well and working a fair amount.

She helps manage the showroom when it comes to suppliers. I get requests for meetings/decisions with suppliers daily so I’ve used Dani as a quasi lead on those.
Recently completed a course on public speaking. The course is ran by Heather Morrison and focuses on unlocking potential by moving through fears that hold us back.

Worked with us years ago selling window fashions. She returned after a number of years in a different industry. She has been laser focused and determined since rejoining us. She benefited from the retirement of a 30 year employee as we had a number of large clients to transition to her. But she’s handled it all beautifully.

She is ruthless with her time. She can’t sit still and can’t stop pushing the pedal down. Very hard working and dependable.
Sometimes needs to talk things out. Setting boundaries will be important so that she doesn’t come to your office and eat up your time.
