Add “ni” in front of a word as a prefix to say that “I am doing _____.” You can also add “ni” in front of a word to say “I am _____”
Examples: Nehnemi=Walk and Ninehnemi=I am walking
Tlakatl=Man and Nitlakatl=I am a man

Add “Xi” in front of a word as a prefix to “Tell someone to do certain action.” For words that end in “ia” or “oa”, you will take out the “a” at the end when using “Xi”
Examples: Motlaloa would be changed to Ximotlalo because it ends in “oa”
