Student Appointment Enhancements

2022R2 add the ability to cancel appointments for students. Staff and students provide reasons as to why they need to cancel an appointment, and once the appointment is canceled, the staff availability is updated. This provides greater flexibility to accommodate conflicts in schedules for students and staff.

Race/Ethnicity details and aboriginal/indigenous status on student profiles

We provide new detailed race/Ethnicity options for students and prospects, creating an experience for students similar to workers we also add new reporting fields for an aboriginal/indigenous status and affiliation on custom reports.

We added two new web services for the edit tenant set up – student task. The Get Tenant Set Up- Student
Put Tenant Set Up- Student
So no more manually redoing this config in every tenant build. How wonderful is that!?

With the UDMF Enhancements, there are a lot of good things coming which continues the effort to create parity with student match and merge.

Processing for Universal ID

Processing for universal IDs has been an ask from customers and there is a brainstorm for this. Customers have been prevented from using UDMF if they also use universal IDs as there is no capability to merge the IDs. This update resolve the issue and remove the block her from the uptake of UDMF by student customers.
