Approach to the interpretation of mythology which proposes that myths are based on historical events in real people who were later defied or mythologized through the process of oral traditions and exaggeration.
EUHEMERISM
Proposes that myths and stories were created to explain natural phenomena such as the movements of the sun and the moon and as people gain the better understanding of the natural world mythologist evolved accordingly in may ancient cultures to sun was worshipped as a powerful diety because of its life given properties.
NATURALISM
