Tantalus is not allowed to reach the fruit or water that surrounds him.
Sisyphus -
Sisyphus is known for being clever and tricky with guests and gods.
He is punished by rolling a giant boulder up a hill every day for eternity.
Athena and Arachne
Arachne is a vain weaver who claims to be superior to Athena and mocks the gods during a weaving competition.
Athena transforms her into the first spider by turning her into a creature that can spin thread forever.
12 Labors of Hercules
Hera hated Hercules because he was one of Zeus’s (many) illegitimate children. Hera caused Hercules to go mad and kill his wife in children. To atone for his sins, Hercules has to complete 12 labors. Examples of his labors include:
