What is lymphoma?
A
First, it’s the name for a group of cancers that start in the lymphatic system/nodes/glands. Part of the body’s immune system. Occurs when lymphocytes (WBC) begin behaving abnormally such as by dividing faster or living longer.
Lymphoma is typically in nodes; leukemia in bone marrow and blood.

What is myeloma?
A
A type of cancer that developed from cells in the bone marrow called plasma cells (WBC: B cells develop into these and produce antibody molecules. Bind to target antigen and work to kill it).
