Define an Activation Code
A code given the patient to allow them and only them to activate their MyChart account.
Define MyChart Administration activity
A screen or tool that allows healthcare workers to activate MyChart or send them a new activation code
Define Instant Activation
A way for a doctor or other healthcare worker to send a patient a text or email with activation information
