I maintain confidentiality about what I learn and experience about others that, in my judgment might be hurtful or embarrassing if communicated to someone else.

Except as may be appropriate in a “team meeting”, I do not sell my point of view about another to him or her.

When I become aware of anything I am allowing to be my reason for not fully engaging or including another person, I use the Communication Model to communicate it to that person as soon as possible.

In the event of an emergency, I immediately handle it. I inform those who may be affected by the emergency about it. Except for rule #1, the other Ground Rules may be suspended in an emergency.
