Acute Closed angle glaucoma risk factors?
Asian, hyperope, pupil dilation like dark or stressful situations or antihistamines and cold medications
Retinal detachment risk factors?
Myopia (thin retina). 35% of RD are postop. Traumatic sports (boxing, football).
AMD risk factors?
Elderly Caucasian with positive family history for AMD. Almost always bilateral. Highly associated with smoking.
