What is the management if GRACE SCORE = high risk?
high troponin/st elevation
A
- Angiography within 72 hours for stenting etc / Consider for PCI within 4 days of admission
- Dual antiplatelet therapy
- clopidogrel for 12 months
- asprin is life long

A
Dual antiplatelet therapy
- Asprin = life long
- Clopidogrel for the first 12 months
