- RECOGNITION - Concerns valuing fame, visibility, interested in being know and recognized.
High - Public acknowledgement, visibility; Enjoy being center of attention. Seek work assignments that provide opportunities to be noticed.
Low - modesty, behind the scenes roles; Prefer to be reserved, uncommunicative, an avoid calling attention to themselves. Value sharing credit, do not mind working by themselves in behind-scenes roles.

High - Fun lighthearted, open-minded cultures; Prefer work environments w opportunities to have fun or entertain others. Be expressive, changeable, easily bored, unconcerned with details, and may not learn from mistakes. Need to be reminded to follow through and put business before pleasure
Low - professional, formal work environments; Prefer to work in a restrained and task-focused environment; tend to have difficulties w people who do not share their devotion to duty. Be viewed as buttoned-down, no nonsense, and serious. Need to be reminded from time to time to smell the roses.

High - Helping others, coaching, providing service; Be idealistic, good-natured, and care about social justice, the plight of the have-nots, and the welfare of the environment. Promote staff morale, open communication, and will help others incl subordinates to enhance their careers.
Low - personal responsibility, self-reliance; Prefer to focus on their work, filter out unnecessary demands, and not be distracted by the crises and emotional storms of others. Concerned with productivity more than staff morale or development. Less interested in helping disadvantaged.

Low - privacy, task-focus, minimal interruptions; Prefer working alone, value private time, and are most comfortable with work environments in which people mind their own business and solve their own problems. Not desire constant changing social contact; not concerned with social approval. Not want to work in a team environment.
