Curley starts on lennie and punches him and beats him up and lennie listens to George when she shouts ‘get him lennie’ and lennie crushes curley’s hand.
Why is candy’s dog so important in the story?
Candy’s dog got shot In the back of his head because he was no longer useful and he smelled, this always represents Lennie when he in trouble he got shot in the same place as the dog because he was in trouble and everyone wanted him dead so George made it painless.
Why does George shoot Lennie?
George shot lennie because he killed curley’s wife and Curley wanted to put him in a cage or kill him slow and painfully so George did it quick and pain free.

Weed they left because lennie wanted to feel the dress and the ‘pretty lady’ told the workers it was rape so they ran away.
