What is melody?
A linear succession of musical tones that the listener perceives as a single entity.
What is rhythm?
Rhythm is how fast or slow the beat of the music is.
What is harmony?
Harmony is the process by which the composition of the individual sounds.
What is texture?
In music, texture is how the tempo, melodic, and harmonic matericals are comboned in a composition.
What is dynamics in music?
Dynamics of a piece is the variation in loudness between notes or phrases. Dynamics are indicated by specific musical notation, often in some detail.
What is phrasing?
Musical phrasing is the way a musician shapes a sequence of notes in a passage of music to allow expression, much like when speaking English a phrase may be written identically but may be spoken differently.
What is articulation?
Articulation is a fundamental musical parameter that determines how a single note or other discrete event is sounded.
What is structure?
Song structure is the arrangement of a song.
What is instrumentation?
Instrumentation is the particular combination of musical instruments employed in a composition, and the properties of those instruments individually.
What is timbre?
In simple terms, timbre is what makes a particular musical instrument or human voice have a different.
