What is a tendon?
a flexible but inelastic cord of strong fibrous collagen tissue attaching a muscle to a bone.
What is a sprain?
The forcible wrenching or twisting of a joint that stretches or tears a ligament but doesn’t dislocated the bones.
What are the common areas for sprains to occur ?
Knees, wrists, ankles.
