Q

somethings the circulatory system does

A

🔰transports nutrients from the digestive system to all parts of the body
🔰transports oxygen from lungs to all parts of body
🔰transports CO2 and other metabolic wastes from the cells to the excretory organs
🔰helps maintain normal body temp. and fluid balance
🔰protects the body against disease causing organisms. The lymphocytes, which are type of white blood cell, or formed in the lymph tissue: lymph glands. there are two types of lymphocytes: T lymphocytes ( these cells destroy the invader) and B lymphocytes (the anti-body producing cell)

Q

The heart is the key to organ in your circulatory system and pumps your blood and keeps the blood moving throughout your body. It usually beats from 60 to 100 times per minute. but can beat much faster when it needs to. The heart get to messages from the body that tell it when to pump more or less blood depending on a person’s needs. when you’re sleeping, upon stressed enough to provide for the lower amounts of oxygen needed by our bodies at rest. When we are exercising our friend, the heart pumps faster to get more oxygen to our bodies.

Q

The main role of the circulatory system is to transport nutrients, gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, hormones, and leased through the body. The circulatory system is divided into three major parts:
🔰heart: last question
🔰blood: made up of liquid called plasma and three types of blood cells: red and white blood cells and platelets
🔰blood vessels: rubbery tubes that carry blood from place to place. Three types of blood vessels are: arteries, veins, and capillaries
