Passes through the 2nd compartment under extensor retinaculum
Innervated by main trunk of radial nerve
Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis: O&I
O: From lateral epicondyle
I: On base of 3rd metacarpal
Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis: Pathway and Innervation
Passes through the 2nd compartment under extensor retinaculum
Innervated by deep branch of radial nerve
Extensor Digitorum: O&I
O: From lateral epicondyle
I: As extensor hood to middle and distal phalanges of 4 fingers

Passes through 4th compartment under extensor retinaculum
Innervated by posterior interosseous nerve

O: From lateral epicondyle
I: On extensor hood of little finger

Innervated by posterior interosseous nerve

O: From lateral epicondyle
I: On base of 5th metacarpal

Passes through 6th compartment under extensor retinaculum
Innervated by posterior interosseous nerve
Aconeus: O&I
O: From lateral Epicondyle
I: On upper 1/4 of ulna
