Iliacus m.
From: The superior two-thirds of the iliac fossa, internal lip of the iliac crest, iliolumbar and ventral sacroiliac ligaments, and the ala of the sacrum
To: The lateral side of the tendon of the psoas major and just distal to the lesser trochanter
Psoas Major m.
From: The ventral surfaces of the transverse processes of all the lumbar vertebrae, and the sides of the lumbar and last thoracic vertebrae bodies (including the intervertebral discs)
To: The lesser trochanter of the femur
Pirimormis m.
From: The pelvic surface of the sacrum between (and lateral to) the 1st-5th pelvic sacral formanina, margin of the greater sciatic foramen, and pelvic surface of the sacrotuberous ligament
To: The superior border of the greater trochanter of the femur
Obturator Internus m.
From: The internal pelvic surface of the obturator membrane and margin of the obturator foramen, and pelvic surface of the ischium posterior and proximal to the obturator foramen
To: The medial surface of the greater trochanter of the femur, proximal to the trochanteric fossa
Coccygeus m.
From: The ischial spine and sacrospinous ligament
To: The coccyx
Levator Ani mm.
Includes: Iliococcygeus, Pubococcygeus, Puborectalis
From: The pubic symphysis, obturator fascia, and ischial spine
To: The midline raphe and anococcygeal ligament
