Anteromedial Intermuscular Septum
The anteromedial intermuscular septum (subsartorial fascia) is a dense fascial triangle extending from the inferior medial border of the adductor magnus muscle to the vastus medialis muscle. The anteromedial intermuscular septum forms the roof of the lower half of the adductor canal with the sartorius muscle
