Origin: Lower anterior surface of the femur above the patellar surface

Origin: Pisiform bone
Insertion: Base of the 5th proximal phalanx on the ulnar side; the dorsal digital expansion of the 5th digit

Origin: Palmar surface of metacarpal

Origin: Anterior surfaces and lower borders of the transverse processes of T12-L5
