A- Extend the vertebral column, lateral flex vertebral column to same side
Suboccipitals
O- TVP of C1, SP of C2
I-Inferior nuchal line of the occipit
A- Rotate head & neck to the same side, laterally flex head & neck to same side
Splenius Capitus
O- Inferior one-half of ligamentum nuchae, and spinous processes of C7-T4
I- Mastoid process, and lateral portion of the superior nuchal line of the occiput
A- Rotate the head & neck to the same side, laterally flex head and neck to the same side
Fibularis Longus
O- Head of fibula, and proximal two-thirds of lateral fibula
I- Medial cuneiform and base of the first metarsal
A- Evert the foot, and assist to plantar flex the ankle
QL
O- Posterior iliac crest
I- The last rib and TVP’s of L1-L4
A- Laterally tilt the pelvis , Laterally flex the vertebral column to the same side

O- Medial half of the clavicle, sternum, and costal cartilage of ribs 1-6
I-Crest of the GREATER tubercle
A- Medially rotate the shoulder, adduct the shoulder

A- Ant fibers- Flex the hip, Mid. Fibers- abduct the hip, post. Fibers-extend the hip
Pirformis
O- Anterior surface of the sacrum,

A- abduct the hip when the hip is flexed, lateral rotate the hip

A- Laterally rotate the hip, extend the hip

O- Upper two thirds of the lateral boarder of the scapula

Subscapularis
O-Subscapular fossa of the scapula
I- Lesser tubercle of the humerus
A- Medially rotate the shoulder, stabilize the head of the humerus in the glenoid cavity
Supraspinatus
O- Supraspinous fossa of the scapula
I- Greater tubercle of the humerus
A- abduct the shoulder the first 30 degrees, stabilize the head of the humerus in the glenoid cavity
