O: Iliac crest (Iliacus) and Lumbar vertebrae (Psoas Major)

O: Anterior superior iliac spine
I: Proximal tibia
A: Flexes, abducts, and laterlly rotates thigh. Also flexes knee
Adductors (Magnus, Brevis, and Longus)
O: Ischial and pubic rami (Magnus), Pubis (Longus), and Inferior ramus of pubis (Brevis)
I: Linea aspera of femur
A: Adduct and medially rotate/flex thigh
Gracilis
O: Inferior ramus and body of pubis
I: Medial surface of tibia
A: Adduct and medially rotate/flex thigh
Rectus femoris
O: Anterior inferior iliac spine and acetabulum
I: Tibial tuberosity and patella
A: Extend knee AND flex thigh
Vastus lateralis
