I: pisiform, hamate, & metacarpal V
A: flexes wrist, adducts hand

O: lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus
I: styloid process of radius
A: flexes forearm
Pronator teres
O: medial epicondyle of humerus
I: lateral radius
A: flexes forearm, pronates forearm
