Rectus abdominis

P:xiphoid process, 5-7 costal margin
D: pubic crest, tubercle, pubic symphysis
A: compression/stabilize abdomen/trunk flexion
Quadratics lumborum
I: subcostal T12,lumbar spinal nerve L1-4
P: inferior border of 12th rib, lateral transverse process of L1-4
D: posterior iliac crest, iliolumbar ligament
A: bilateral contraction:depression of 12th rib unilateral contraction: ipsilateral SB (closed), hip lift (open)
Iliopsoas
I: femoral nerve L2-4
B: iliolumbar, medial circumflex
P: psoas major: L1-5 vertebral body/transverse process
Ilicus: iliac fossa
D:lesser trochanter
A: (open) hip FLX/EXT (closed) trunk FLX at hip joint
