Attach to the bones of the skeleton, voluntary, striated (striped), Peripherally located nuclei
Smooth Muscle
Visceral muscle, no striations, centrally located nuclei, involuntary (automatic)
Cardiac Muscle
heart muscle, involuntary, striated and has intercalated disks
