A- Lift the upper lid

O- Temporal fascia
I- Lateral palpebral angle and crosses the orbicularis oculi
A- Draw the lateral palpebral angle caudally

O- Median line of frontal bone from nasofrontal fascia
I- Orbicularis oculi into half of upper eyelid
A- Lift the upper lid and erect the hair of eyebrow

O- Beneath the skin of the lateral surface of nasal and maxillary region
I- Caudal portion of buccinator and apical portion of Orbicularis oculi and Maxillonasolabialis
A- Increases the diameter of nose and lift the apical portion of the upper lid
I- Facial nerve (Rami auriculopalpebralis)
