Lower trapezius
Action:
- Scapular depression, upward ROT and retraction
- Ex ROT and Posterior tipping of the scapula

- Spinous processes and supraspinal ligaments of T8-T12

Action:
- scapular elevation & downward rot, ext & rot of c-spine
