A
Heard at apex, listen in upright position , midsystolic click, late systolic murmur

Aortic stenosis
A
Ejection sound at right 2nd ICS, midsystolic ejection murmur, crescendo-decreasendo. Radiates to left eternal border and carotid.

Mitral regurgitation
A
Heard best at apex transmitted into left axilla. Holosystolic plataue shaped. S3-s4 gallop.

Aortic regurgitation
A
With diaphragm- sitting and leaning forward. Early diastolic, high pitch blowing.

Mitral stenosis
A
Opening snap, listen with bell at apex in LLD position. Low frequency diastolic murmur. Caused by rheumatic fever or cardiac infection.
