Why is Mungo Lady important

A

Mungo lady was an Aboriginal women. She was found in 1968 at Lake Mungo. She was the oldest human remains found in Australia. When she died she had a burial rite. She was cremated and was the oldest known cremation in the world representing spiritual belief.Her bones burnt. The remainder of her bones buried.

A

Mungo man was an Aboriginal man. His body was discovered because of the shifting sand.He died at a good age around 50.He died if Arthritis and had a buried rite.
