3 P’s
- Parathyroid (95%): hyperparathyroidism due to parathyroid hyperplasia
- Pituitary (70%)
- Pancreas (50%): e.g. insulinoma, gastrinoma (leading to recurrent peptic ulceration)
Also: adrenal and thyroid
MEN1 gene
Most common presentation = hypercalcaemia
