Q

high quality instruction

A

research based - parts or components of the program or method are based on practiced demonstrated effective through research (eg. manipulatives, student engagement)

Q

fidelity measures

A

describes that there is a standard to back what the teacher is doing (more so than just curriculum… e.g. if students do not need the five days the curriculum set aside, move on to something else)
