A

Pericardial pain (sharp, worse on inspiration, central chest pain, radiating to the left shoulder, eased by sitting forward)
Potentially SoB / Fever

A

Widespread saddle shaped ST elevation in multiple leads
PR depression (PR elevation in avR as reciprocal change)
