A

When did the symptoms start, did you have a prior injury in the wrist area, pain (aggs, eases, SIN, type), do they notice discolouration when is that worse?

Clinical course of CRPS (stages)

A

Acute/reversible: begins several days post see pain, hyperhydrosis, warmth, rapid nail growth and edema
Dystrophic/vasocronstriction: 3-6 month, burning pain, sympathetic hyperactivity, cold sensitivity, mottling and coldness, brittle nails, osteoP
Atrophic: 6-1 yr, pain decreasing or worsening, severe osteoP, muscle wasting, and contractures

A

education, early AROM/AARM, compressive loading, dsitraction, desensitization, edema control, modalities (US, TENS), mirror therapy, aerobic activity
