Why Microsoft?
I’d like to join Microsoft for three main reasons:
Firstly, Microsoft, and specifically azure, is a global industry leader hyperscale cloud provider, and as a solution architect I will have to believe and be proud of the cloud platform I’m working with. This will be very easy to do at Microsoft because of how excellent the platform is. I think Azure has been designed brilliantly and is constantly being upgraded to improve the expiernce of developers. Microsoft has lots of services and technologies that make it stand out as not only a cloud provider, not to mention the Microsoft technologies that I use everyday such as office, OneDrive, and windows and so the prospect of joining such a continually innovative company is incredibly exciting.
Secondly, Microsoft’s culture seams really appealing. I’m really attracted to how Microsoft fosters teamwork and collaboration and embraces people from diverse backgrounds. I also really like the idea of being customer centric, and id love to join a company that aims help people around the world succeed by using technology
Lastly, and for me the most significant reason, is the learning opportunity. Aspire is the most comprehensive and exciting graduate role that I have come across and I cant think of a better way to kick start my career. I have a friend who interned at Microsoft, and another friend who is currently part of Aspire and its clear that Microsoft invests a lot into their employees, to help them develop there skills, build networks, and discover opportunities and growing as an individual is one of my top
