Requirements of a Voluntary Act.
2.01(1) - offenses are omissions to perform (in some cases) and acts that were done voluntarily
2.01(2) - what acts are not voluntary
2.01(3) - when omission is not a liability
2.01(4) - possession - an act if possessor knowingly received the thing they possess
MPC 2.05
Absolute Liability. 2.01 and 2.02 don’t apply to violations and statute-defined crimes.
MPC 2.04
Ignorance or Mistake. A defense if it negates the mens rea required. mistake of law allowed if statute is not known to public yet or reliance on a law that is no longer valid

Causal Relationship Btwn Conduct and Result.
(1) Conduct is cause of result when result wouldn’t have occured otherwise and actual result involves some kind of injury designed and not too remote
(4) if result crime with strict liability - element is not established unless actual result is a probable consequence
