Flexion

Extension
A movement that straightens or opens a joint
Abduction
That moves away or moves, laterally from the midline of the body
Adduction

Internal rotation

External rotation

Depression

Protraction
A movement that moves a bone and anteriorly pertaining to the scapula clavicle head and jaw
Retraction
A movement that moves a bone posteriorly and pertains to the scapula clavicle head and jaw
