  • Fill the hopper with plastic granules or powder.
  • Which in turn is pushed down the chamber by the screw
  • The granules are heating up to become a liquid by the heater bands
  • The liquid is forced under pressure into the mould.
  • The mould is then cooled and opened to remove the finished moulding.

  • Warm compressed air is blown into the tube so it forces into the mould.
  • When it hits the mould it cools down because the mould is very cold.
  • Open the moulded and remove the moulded plastic.
